Booking with BBM means you agree to all of the policies below.
Booking with us means you agree to all BBM policies. Before you book, check that you've: • Chosen the correct service and read its description • Noted the estimated appointment duration • Bought the correct hair (if required) • Kept the whole day free Unsure which service suits you? DM us before booking.
We're a home salon in South East London (Bromley). For privacy, the full address is shared 24 hours before your appointment, once your deposit is received. Please keep it private.
New slots are released on the 20th of every month, first come, first served. Clients with 3+ bookings get early access one day before general release — just DM us.
Offered at our discretion, subject to availability: • Start time before 9:00 AM — +£20 • A day we don't usually work — +£50
A £20 non-refundable deposit secures your slot and comes off your final balance. Your appointment isn't confirmed until it's received. It only transfers if you reschedule within policy, and is forfeited if you cancel outside it.
Please arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried or stretched, fully detangled and free of oils, creams, leave-ins, gel or product. If it isn't prepped, expect a preparation charge — or cancellation and loss of deposit.
We never rush our work. Durations are estimates and vary with hair length, head size, density, prep and style complexity. Please keep your day clear — we can't guarantee an exact finish time. If you must leave by a set time, don't book without discussing it with us first.
10-minute grace period. After that, £5 per additional 10 minutes. 30 minutes late or more may mean cancellation and loss of deposit. Let us know as early as you can.
• Cancelling within 24 hours forfeits your deposit • Reschedule requests need 72 hours' notice • One reschedule per booking; after that a new deposit is required • No-shows may be charged 50% of the balance and refused future bookings
The remaining balance is paid by bank transfer or cash on the day.

Any issue with our workmanship? Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. Later requests, or issues from improper aftercare, may be charged.

We may refuse or stop a service if policies aren't followed, hair isn't prepped, a client is disrespectful or aggressive, or we feel unsafe.
